Information submitted
The quote-request form may collect your name, email address, business name, existing website, project preferences, estimated budget, preferred timeline, and the message you choose to provide.
How the information is used
Ferchocol Software uses submitted information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible project, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the form from abuse. Submitting the form does not create a contract or require a purchase.
Form processing
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree may process the submitted information according to its own privacy policy and service terms.
Sharing and selling
Ferchocol Software does not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the inquiry form or respond to a request, or when required by law.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security, and legal obligations. To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, submit a new form message identifying the earlier inquiry without including passwords or sensitive identification.
Security
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification, health information, or other sensitive information through the quote-request form. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the inquiry process or service providers change. The latest version will appear on this page.
